Heater / Furnace Maintenance Includes:

• Before and after start up and run operations
• Replace standard filters
• Inspect thermostat operations
• Lubricate all moving parts (when necessary)
• Inspect temperature rise and gas valve
• Inspect internal electrical connections
• Start Furnace
• Check burner operation, clean, if necessary
• Inspect heat exchanger and burners-vacuum
• and/or adjust if necessary
• Check safety controls
• Check flue for draft
• Inspect furnace cabinet
